It has frosted 2 nights in a row.
Still have some hanging baskets
that are still living.
This is my first winter rug,
my design.
Grady sniffing the wind.
The leaves are falling,
so I will be on leaf duty.
It's that time of year and
Tom reminded me that we had frost 2 weeks
earlier last year.
Happy Sunday!
Being only 2 blocks from Lake Erie, we are shielded from early frosts, but we did have some white pellets (not snow, not hail) fall from the sky yesterday. UGH. Took my grandson to Boo at the Zoo and it was C-O-L-D!!!
ReplyDeleteSweet rug. You are designing some great patterns!
Your yard always looks amazing.
Hugs :)

That rug makes me happy. I think I would like early frost, just because I am so tired of the heat. I told my husband I was going to move to Antarctica and wear shorts. He laughed. I maybe need to hook snowmen rugs. I always love your designs. Your yard looks like a fun place to be and how it should look in the fall. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteWe had frost too and the temp never got out of the low 40. brrrrr

Love the frosty, cold weather....love your snowman rug!!! You should really sell patterns,Julie!
ReplyDeleteYour snowman is really cool. Love those frosty looking tongues you hooked. They are barely visible yet really add to the piece.
ReplyDeleteOh we had both frost the other morning and snowflakes this morning. Love how you did the background of your latest rug. Almost looks like a starry frosty night. Janice
ReplyDeleteEvening, we had a frost last night. Love your cozy home, snowman and beautiful Golden. Blessings Francine.
