Keeping Busy

I finished hooking this rug yesterday.

It is a Need'l Love design and

was a fun rug to hook.

What a hot summer we've had, I'm enjoying it though.

Thank goodness for air conditioning.

I go outside in the morning, feed my chickens and collect eggs.

Water flowers and pull weeds.

Then back in till it gets cooler.




The lillies in my gardens are blooming,they smell so good.

I have a few different varieties so they bloom awhile.

My hydrangeas are getting big clusters of flowers.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

    The rug looks fantastic! Great colors :)

    I agree - thank goodness for the AC - it's getting a workout this summer. Love your rug - but then again always love all your rugs.

    Oh, Julie......you just amaze me. I have been hooking this same rug (off and on, of
    course) for weeks and weeks and was so proud of myself that I am more than 3/4 done and then you whip your out so fast!

    Finally! Someone not complaining about the heat, LOL. I just love it hot and steamy. Of coarse I have been blessed with a pool and central ac and I thank the Lord for these blessings every steamy day.

    wonderful colors in your rug. we are lucky we did go into the heat for a few days but it has basicly been very beautiful here in New Hampshire.
