A Wedding Announcement

 I can finally tell everyone!

My oldest son is getting married to

Jordan August 23, 2014.

This is where they are getting married

and having the reception.

 This is the lovely couple! This is

going to be fun.

Aww! Our Grady baby.

He will be 2 in June and is

a sweety!

A Sign of Spring

 I know the calendar says it's spring but,

I haven't seen my little flowers until today.

The snow is coming though, not much though.

This is my latest rug that I've hooked.

It is a very grey day here in Ohio.

Rainy and cloudy.

I went outside to let my chickens out and

have stayed in all day.

Tomorrow is the first day of spring.

I am ready for it, we all are!!

Wool Rug

We made it through the big storm, wasn't bad here.

I'm hoping that was the grand finale of winter.

I saw ground hog for the time this morning.

I stayed home yesterday and hooked.

This is the rug I finished.

It is my pattern, it is an adaption of an antique sign.

Signs of Spring

It is getting nice here in Ohio.

I know we are supposed to have snow tomorrow.

It will melt fast.

We are seeing so many signs of spring,

there is no doubt spring is coming.

Sandhill Cranes are back and they are

doing their mating rituals.

I just finished this rug,it is

I was shopping with friends in Berlin today.

So many nice things.

We looked at alot of Fairy garden stuff.

I am really getting in the mood 

to garden.
