The Rural Society Antique and Garden Show

On Friday, I attended The Rural Society Antique and Garden Show. I had never heard about it but, saw it on Facebook. My friend, Chris, went with me. The farm wasn't that far for us to travel, about 20 minutes to Mt. Vernon, Ohio. These barns are what we saw in line waiting for the show to start. We were really surprised when we saw what was behind the barns.
Maybe you will recognize the farm it was in Country Living Magazine.
Aren't the nesting boxes great?
There were vendors around the back of the barn and under the bank barn. There were lots of great vendors.
The greenhouse
We had a piece of raspberry white cake, it was really good. Her cakes were displayed so nice.
This is their house, outdoor eating area.
I can't wait to go to the next show in May!

  1. Hi Julie, fun seeing you again. In the pic showing the cakes on the table you caught my husband (in the hat) and our friend in front of him!
    See you soon again.

  4. Looks like a wonderful show. Wish we had shows around here that were worth going to. We haved vacationed for the past 3 years in Berlin, Ohio and surrounding areas. Always a little too early for all the shows up there. I so love the area. Thanks for sharing.
